Meet The Team

Ryann is a seasoned designer and mom of 3 boys who knows how to turn a house into a home. She loves creating spaces that provide a natural invitation to relax and cozy up. Her eye for transforming a space into a neutral coastal retreat is, bar none, our most sought-after aesthetic. Ryann’s favorite part of the design process? Seeing our clients’ pure happiness when their vision is brought to life. When she’s not designing, you may find Ryann fishing with her 3 boys on the boat or at Bikram Yoga.

Working with Mackenzie is a focused, fierce and fun experience. Growing up on the Connecticut shoreline, Mackenzie’s love for the beach and coastal lifestyle began at an early age. As a busy mom of 3, she understands the importance of how a space in your home makes you feel. Whether it’s creating a living room where our clients can make memories together as a family, a kitchen where they can entertain, or a nursery for their first child, she approaches each project with a custom approach. When Mackenzie’s not helping clients create their dream home, she’s rocking her fitness classes at JoyRide in Westport. 

Christin’s love for coastal lifestyle is rooted with the sun and salt water. She jumps in the ocean every chance she gets, as it heals her skin and soul. Christin has followed our interior design journey from the beginning, and fell in love with the bright, fresh sunny spaces we create.  She basically runs the studio by keeping us all in line (lol) and also sources all our pretty new fabrics, wallpapers, rugs and styling items keeping us looking fresh and ahead of trend.   When Christin is not working, you may see her running on the beach at sunrise, or breakdancing! 

Christina has an extensive background in public relations, photography and advertising for luxury brands. She grew up spending summers in the Hamptons, has an obsession with the ocean, and loves refreshing coastal aesthetic. Her favorite part about working here? Seeing a space stripped down to the studs, and turning a pile of construction debris into a meticulously designed space with purpose. Her ability to balance all the projects by keeping our budgeting, ordering and tracking updated is simply miraculous. When Christina isn’t working, you can find her cruising in her Jeep with the top down, riding her Peloton, or hosting a dinner party.

Born and raised in France, I have been surrounded by design, architecture and culture my whole life. Being the daughter of a sculptor and CEO of a multi-million-dollar publishing firm has taught me the importance of what it takes to run a successful business. After being a design and marketing leader in the global hospitality industry for renowned Starwood Hotel brands for over ten years, I decided to bring my passion for design into residential spaces. I’ll be involved in all aspects of your home journey – working with the architect, the builder, selecting the tile, fixtures, solving design challenges. We are a full-service design firm, and working with us from A to Z will ultimately deliver the perfect GLDESIGN home. When I’m not designing, you can catch me cuddling with my dog pack and balancing my time between my two boys, my amazingly helpful husband and my fast-growing business.
