
I am excited to share daily habits and go-to’s with you in hopes that it can help encourage you to start your day off right!
1. rise + shine
I typically wake up at 6am and start off by making my bed as the first powerful ritual to set a positive tone for the day. It is the smallest way to bring clear intention and create a serene, focused environment. I love the relaxed wrinkles in fresh white linen bedding which makes this routine task anything but mundane. Of course, this is then followed by my must have iced coffee. ☺

2. get moving
Making time for movement in the early morning has been a part of my routine for as long as I can remember. Whether it’s a relaxing walk on the beach, or a full kick-ass workout, I always feel revitalized by the endorphin boost.

3. fuel up
Nourishing my body post workout is key for setting the tone for the day. A protein smoothie is my go-to to help keep me feeling energized and focused. For five minutes a day, I also make an effort to carve out a few moments of meditation and relaxation to help keep me centered.

4. get glowing
No matter the day or night, a solid skincare routine helps keep my skin feel fresh and protected and ready to face the day. I’m a skip the botox (no judgement btw), age beautifully and lather on the serums and moisturizers for my “almost 50” skin.

5. bathroom bliss
My bathroom is always stocked with these must-have essentials in order to create a calming and inviting atmosphere for my daily routine.
