Interior Design takes a village and our vision only comes to life thanks to the many crew members and vendors that we surround ourselves with. Since founding GLDESIGN, l’ve worked with a select few artists that I absolutely adore both professionally and personally. I am so excited to kick off a series highlighting these incredible individuals starting with painter, Jen Scully, and photographer, Allyson Monson. I am honored to call these two lady bosses friends and I’m so excited to share their work with you!

Charleston, South Carolina based artist, Jen Scully, creates paintings that represent the tranquil essence of the coast, speaking through texture created from a palette knife. Her work can be seen on surfboards, wallpaper and so many other inspiring mediums.

The work of fine art photographer, Allyson Monson, evokes light, texture, color and movement. Her photographs range from clean and crisp to more complex pieces that keep the observer guessing.

Both of these beauties embody everything GLDESIGN loves about the coast and beyond.
