Let’s start from the bottom and work our way up. We completely transformed this expansive Westport basement, replacing outdated finishes and bold primary colors with fresh whites, white oak flooring and soft, inviting furnishings. We tackled the space in three parts, creating a cozy family lounge, a refreshed wet bar and a game room made for two sporty boys. From there, we carried the updates upstairs into the guest suite and children’s rooms, collaborating with each family member to give the spaces plenty of personality while still feeling connected to the traditional character of the home.
