Project Partners

The homeowners loved their location atop a dune in the heart of Fairfield Beach and wanted to preserve the character of their 1928 home rather than start over. After lifting the house to meet FEMA requirements, we worked with the existing architecture to create more room for the family, including an expanded kitchen and new primary suite. We stayed true to soothing neutrals and warm woods, letting the millwork speak for itself, then had some fun with color in the mudroom, laundry and powder room. The result brought the old and new together while keeping the character that made the home worth saving.
