The year 2025 is now a week underway and l’ve been able to pause and assess the year that’s gone by, while also setting a purposeful intention for the year ahead. Throughout the year we’re constantly juggling deadlines, making big decisions, tending to family needs – the to-do list never seems to end. Taking time for ourselves and our mental health always seems to be put on the back burner….
