I’ve always been drawn to the idea of a home that feels like a vacation—like you’ve arrived somewhere beautiful the moment you cross the threshold. A place that gently pulls you out of the everyday and into something softer, slower, more considered. It’s that quiet sense of escape without ever leaving, where time stretches just a little and everything feels more intentional. A reminder to linger, to breathe it in, to stay awhile. Because it’s in those unhurried, ordinary moments at home that the most extraordinary memories quietly take shape.
Perennial fabrics are designed to handle real life, so spills and messes are way less stressful. The soft, breathable and light textures bring in that effortless, vacation-at-home vibe we all love. They’re easy to clean and maintain, which means your home can stay beautiful without feeling high-maintenance. Don’t be afraid to pick white!
Lift the mood with sun-washed neutrals that instantly brighten. Think soft whites, pale blues and sandy beiges. Paint that reflect natural light beautifully, making rooms feel more open, airy, and relaxed, like a subtle nod to being by the water. Explore our A LA PLAGE collection to discover the perfect vacation vibe hues.
Laid back perennial fabric sofas, natural fiber rugs, knit throws, open weave lighting, linen pillows and character vessels will all help you achieve the livable luxury aesthetic you’re looking for. Add natural wood tones reminiscent of sandy beaches and reclaimed driftwood with open shelving, beams and furnishings. Don’t skimp on styling… make each selection intentional and meaningful.
Lush plants and fresh-cut branches bring an easy, natural rhythm into the home—layering in life, texture, and that relaxed, organic feeling you associate with being away somewhere special. They make a space feel instantly more vibrant and welcoming. They blur the edges between indoors and out, quietly softening everything around them, and offer a gentle reminder of warm, sun-drenched places—even on the most ordinary days.
There is something so calming about opening the windows and letting the summer breeze drift through the house. And that feeling doesn’t have to be reserved for just one season—it can be carried with you all year long, like a subtle vacation state of mind woven into everyday living.
When the windows can’t be open, try infusing a hint of summer through our SOLEIL collection, or filling your home with fragrant fresh-cut blooms for that perfect touch of warmth and freshness.
